Inland broker negotiates San Diego County transaction

Progressive Real Estate Partners has helped negotiate the $4.4 million dollar sale of a San Diego County retail center.

The Rancho Cucamonga brokerage marketed the property in Carlsbad and represented the seller, a New York-based investor whose name was not released, according to a statement by Progressive.

Information regarding the buyer was not disclosed.

The retail center is at 711 Grand Ave. less than a half-mile from Interstate 5 in a part of the city called Carlsbad Village. It is below the Grand Madison, an 11-unit luxury condominium complex, and is fully leased.

Harumana Noodles + Buns, Village Optical and The Shop Salon are located there. The property sold within 98 percent of its asking price, according to the statement.
