Inland brokerage arranges restaurant lease

A Norco commercial real estate firm has secured a lease in Orange County for a popular restaurant chain.

Jalapeno’s Mexican Food will occupy 1,400 square feet in the Lakeview Shopping Center in Yorba Linda, according to Capital Income Properties Group.

The five-year lease includes multiple extension options. Financial details were not disclosed.

Lee & Associates Newport Beach represented the property owner.

Jalapenos expect to move into the property in December. It will be the Tustin-based company’s fourth location in Orange County.

Anchored by a Stater Bros. supermarket, Lakeview Shopping Center is at 18501-18527 Yorba Linda Blvd. It covers nearly six acres and has more 65,000 square feet of leasable space.

Other tenants include Wells Fargo and McDonald’s.

Lakeview Town Center is across the street the Yorba Linda Town Center, a 125,000-square-foot upscale retail property.
