A Jack in the Box Drive-Thru in Pomona has been sold for $2.7 million.
Located at 101 W. Foothill Blvd., the restaurant was purchased by a San Gabriel-based investor whose name was not released, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
Progressive represented the buyer in the transaction, which was announced Monday.
The restaurant is at the northwest corner of Foothill Boulevard and Garey Avenue, an intersection with an average traffic count of 26,000 vehicles per day. Nearby retailers include Superior Grocers, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Carl’s Jr., Papa John’s Pizza, and Chevron Gas.
Jack in the Box has done business at that intersection for more than 30 years. The property underwent a major renovation last year to keep pace with the company’s current branding.
Based in San Diego, Jack in the Box has more than 2,200 restaurants in 21 states and Guam, according to the statement.
