Jurupa Valley gas station, Circle K sold

A Shell service station, Circle K convenience store, and car wash in Jurupa Valley have been sold for $9.3 million.

Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga helped negotiate the transaction, which includes both businesses and the property they occupy at 3873 Pyrite St.

The sale price is reportedly the most paid for a gasoline station site in the Inland Empire in the last 10 years.

Buyer and seller were both private investors in Riverside County who wished to remain anonymous. The buyer operates ARCO stations throughout Southern California.

Built in 1999 and remodeled in 2013, the 2.6-acre property features a Shell station with 28 fueling positions and an Express Car Wash.

The 4,000-square-foot Circle K is occupied by Alberto’s Mexican Food and Sub Hub Sandwiches and includes a drive-thru. On a typical day, about 164,000 vehicles pass by site next to Interstate 60, according to Progressive.
