KB Home is scheduled to hold a grand opening today for Daybreak, a high-end housing development it plans to build in Moreno Valley.
The project will consist of 114 one and two-story houses that will range from 2,100 to 2,800 square feet, with up to six bedrooms and three bathrooms, according to a statement.
Prices to start around $420,000.
Daybreak will be near Interstate’s 10 and 15 as well as the Foothill and 60 Freeways.
The grand opening will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Models will be on display at 10429 Cloud Haven Drive, which can be reached via the Perris Boulevard offramp on the 60 Freeway.
