KB Homes plans more product for IE

KB Home will develop 51 single-story homes in southwest Riverside County.

The project, called Alure,will be built in French Valley on property near Interstates 15 and 215 and Highway 79, convenient to Murrieta, Wildomar and downtown Temecula, according to a statement by the Los Angeles-based homebuilder.

Alure will have three home designs that will range from 2,300 to 2,900 square feet. The residences will have up to four bedrooms and two and a half baths, with prices starting around $430,000.

KB Home is one of the largest homebuilders in the United States, having developed nearly 600,000 homes since it was founded in 1957. The company has opened 13 residential communities in Riverside and San Bernardino counties during the past year, and it plans to open nine more during the next 12 months, according to the statement.
