Kyle Kehner, a 30-year industrial broker, has joined Colliers’ Ontario office.
Kehner, who is leaving Cushman & Wakerfield, will serve as executive vice president, according to a statement.
Colliers also announced that Trevor Wright will join its Irvine office as an associate vice president. Both will join a brokerage team that includes Vice Chair Ian DeVries, Executive Vice President Chris DeVries, and Senior Client Services Specialist Patty Uchytil.
That team will focus primarily on the Inland Empire.
“Our industrial business is a critical component of our platform, and the additions of such accomplished professionals like Kyle and Trevor significantly bolster our service offerings across the region,” said Amanda Spangler, Colliers’ senior managing director of the Inland Empire and Orange County, in the statement. “Welcoming this team reinforces our commitment to attracting top talent, they will bring tremendous value to our clients.”
