A building in Lake Elsinore occupied by an LA Fitness has been sold for $11.7 million.
The structure at 18550 Dexter Ave. is part of the Central Crossroads Shopping Center, one of the city’s most popular shopping destinations, according to RealSource Group, a national commercial real estate brokerage.
RealSource Group represented the seller, a group of private investors based in Southern California. The buyer was also a private investor in Southern California. Both parties declined to be identified.
Built in 2008, the building sits on 4.24‑acres next to Interstate 15. More than 125,000 vehicles pass by the site on a typical day.
Nearby tenants include a Walmart Supercenter, Chick‑fil‑A, Chipotle, Starbucks, Lowe’s, Costco, Target, and Home Depot.
The building has eight years left on a 10-year lease, according to the statement.
