An ice manufacturer and distributor will occupy an industrial building in Lake Elsinore that was completed earlier this year.
An entity of San Diego Ice Co. paid $3.4 million for the 24,000-square-foot building in Fairway Business Park, according to Avison Young, the commercial real estate firm that helped negotiate the deal.
The seller was TOLD Properties LLC, a private investment group. The transaction was announced Tuesday.
San Diego Ice plans to occupy the entire building at 470 3rd St. A move-in date and the number of people who will work there were not released.
“We are pleased that we successfully identified a strategically located, quality asset for our client,” said Stan Nowak, principal with Alison Young, in a statement. “San Diego Ice Company has been extremely successful in the San Diego region and is now expanding its service territory and client base to the greater Inland Empire area.”
