Colliers International and Lee & Associates will market the recently completed I-210 Logistics Center II in Rialto.
The building, which covers nearly 759,000 square feet, is at 1686 W. Baseline Road and is available exclusively for lease, according to a statement.
“It has every amenity a regional logistics firm could desire — from its central location to the largest population center in the U.S. to direct access to surface, air and rail transit hubs,” said Mark Zorn, executive vice president with Colliers Ontario, in the statement. “It also has direct access to the twin ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, which is so important in the retail supply chain.”
Zorn and Michael Chavez, principal with Lee & Associates Ontario, are the project’s brokers, according to the statement.
