A building in Victorville that is occupied by a KinderCare Learning Center has been sold.
The free-standing structure at 13615 Bear Valley Road sold for $4.6 million, according to Faris Lee Investments.
Faris Lee represented the seller, a private investment group in Beverly Hills. ReMax FH Commercial represented the buyer, a group of investors based in Newport Beach.
Built in 2008, the 8,930-square-foot building is part of a shopping center that includes Walgreens, McDonald’s and Fitness 19. It’s also less than one mile from the Mall of Victor Valley and Dunia Plaza, a power center, Faris Lee said in a statement.
The sale price worked out to more than $515 a square foot. KinderCare, a Portland, Ore.-based for-profit chain of child care and education facilities, is the only tenant ever to occupy the building, according to the statement.
The transaction was announced Friday.
