Newcastle Partners Inc., a real estate investment and development company, has finished building a speculative warehouse-distribution facility in Moreno Valley.
Knox Logistics Center covers 147,000 square feet at 17610 Harvill Ave., according to a statement released Tuesday.
The single-building facility, near the Harley Knox Blvd. entrance-exit on the 215 Freeway, cost $14 million to build. It’s near similar logistics facilities operated by Kraft Foods, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Amazon and Home Depot.
Lee & Associates Ontario is marketing the property, which is available for sale or lease.
San Francisco-based Newcastle Partners is a privately held company that focuses exclusively on west coast properties. Its portfolio includes more than 50 projects and is worth more than $1.1 billion.
Currently, Newcastle Partners has approximately four million square feet of industrial space under construction in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, including the 503,592-square-foot Meridian Distribution Center II in Riverside, according to the statement.
