CBRE and CenterPoint Properties are marketing a 1.6-million-square-foot industrial property in Ontario.
The property, at 5600 E Airport Road, includes 13,771 square feet of office space and plenty of parking, with 954 trailer spaces and 580 car stalls., according to a statement.

Despite the recession being caused by COVID-19, the Inland Empire industrial market – which was putting up record numbers before the pandemic hit – is expected to remain relatively strong through the rest of this year, according to the statement.
