Maker of auto suspension products expands to Perris

A Lake Elsinore company that makes automotive suspension products has purchased an industrial building in Perris.

Carli Suspension plans to use the building at 3468 Webster Ave. for manufacturing, according to Avison Young Ontario, which represented the company in the sale negotiation.

The seller, KSN Holdings, Inc., was represented by Tobias Commercial Brokerage Services in Temecula.

Five to six people are expected to work there.  Carli plans to move in immediately after some improvements are made to the building.

Cost of the facility was not disclosed. 

The building covers 10,626 square feet in Expressway Business Park, an eight-building project with comfortable access to Interstates 10, 15 and  215 and the 60 and the 91 freeways. It is Carli Suspension’s second location in Southern California.

Carli Suspension makes products for Ram and Ford HD trucks, both on and off-road, according to the company’s website.
