Anyone looking to own a piece of the world’s largest fast-food chain may do so, in Menifee.
The McDonalds’s at 26875 Newport Road is on the market for $2.48 million, according to CBRE Group Inc., which is marketing the property.
The 3,700-square-foot restaurant, which includes a drive-thru, is near several major retailers, including Target, Lowe’s, TJ Maxx and Petco.
Newport Road is the major east-west thoroughfare in Menifee, and nearly 35,000 vehicles pass by the site every day, according to CBRE Group.
