An industrial building in Victorville will be converted into a medical complex.
The 20,000 square-foot building at 12490 Business Center Drive has been purchased by a group of physicians in the High Desert for an undisclosed sum, according to a statement released by The Bradco Cos., the largest commercial real estate brokerage in the High Desert.
Bradco and Newmark Knight Frank negotiated the sale of the building at the southwest corner of Business Center Drive and Sillica Drive.
Other details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Built in 1988, the building is less than a half-mile from one of the High Desert’s busiest intersections, Hesperia Avenue and Bear Valley Road.
“We are experiencing a great commercial real estate market right now, and people and companies that are truly committed to their High Desert acquisitions,” said Joseph W. Brady, Bradco president, in the statement. “Most importantly, people in the medical industry are committed to bringing great medical care to the Mojave River Valley region.”
After extensive remodeling, the medical complex is expected to open during the fourth quarter of 2020, according to the statement.
