Menifee is seeking public comment regarding the planned 10.4-acre Quail Valley Nature Park.
The park, which will be developed in the Quail Valley community near Newport Drive, will include walking trails, interactive play areas, an exercise station, gathering spaces, nature-themed playground equipment, and a gravel parking lot, according to a statement on the city’s website.
Residents are asked to take an online survey available by clicking the link here. The survey will be available until Oct. 27.
Also, Menifee’s Community Services Department is scheduled to host a workshop from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 14 at the Quail Valley Elementary School, 23757 Canyon Heights Drive. The meeting will include an update on the project and the federal funding it’s expected to receive.
