The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa has been presented two awards by Historic Hotels of America.
The venerable facility in downtown Riverside was recognized for its use of social media, and its owners, Duane and Kelly Roberts, were given the Lifetime Achievement Award Thursday at a ceremony in Hot Sprints, Va., according to a statement.
More than 200 people attended the event.
The annual Historic Hotels Awards of Excellence recognize the top historic hotels and hoteliers in the United States, according to the statement.
