A display of model homes will be held Saturday at Nova, a neighborhood to be built in southeast Rancho Cucamonga.
Nova, which is being developed by The New Home Company, will consist of 135 three-story townhomes and single-stacked flats, according to a statement.
It will be part of The Resort, master-planned urban village being developed by Lewis Community Developers in Upland. That 160-acre project is being developed on a former golf course.
Floor plans will range from 995 to 1,263 square feet, with two bedrooms and either two or two and half baths. Prices will start in the high $300,000’s, the lowest of any neighborhood in The Resort.
