Montclair shopping center changes hands

A Montclair shopping center has sold for $4 million.

Shops at Mission Square, a 5,800-square-foot project at 4467 Mission Blvd., sold in an all-cash transaction, Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga announced Monday.

Progressive Real Estate and Epsteen & Associates San Diego represented the seller, a private investor in San Diego whose name was not released. The buyer, a Yorba Linda investor who also wasn’t identified, was represented by 168 Realty in the City of Industry.

The property sold for nearly $700 per square foot.

Built 11 years ago, Shops at Mission Square has four national brands: Panda Express, Little Caesars, Boost Mobile and Dairy Queen. The latter includes a drive-thru.

Nearly 34,000 vehicles pass by the site every day, and more than 216,000 people – with an average household income of $73,200 – live within a three-mile radius of the site, Progressive Real Estate reported.
