Moreno Valley Dutch Bros sold

A Dutch Bros Coffee drive-thru in Moreno Valley has been sold for $2.6 million.

The 950-square-foot restaurant at 23140 Hemlock Ave. was built last year, according to Hanley Investment Group in Corona del Mar.

Hanley Investment Group represented the seller and developer, Evergreen Devco Inc, in Glendale, in the ground lease sale. The buyer was a Los Angeles investor whose name was not released.

The restaurant sits on a 0.69-acre parcel at a 60 Freeway offramp that accommodates about 147,000 vehicles on a typical day. It is across the street from a Home Depot and near a Walmart, Stater Bros., Target and Costco.

Hanley Investment Group recently completed sales of two other Dutch Bros properties in Baldwin Park and Soledad. Combined, all three locations sold for $8.02 million, according to the statement.
