This year’s festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 7 at the Conference & Recreation Center, 14075 Frederick St., according to a statement on the city’s website.

Admission is free and the event is open to the public.

Applications for exhibitors and performers will be accepted through Sept. 27. Booths are available for $25, but anyone who wishes to sell their items must have a Moreno Valley business license and exhibit application.
