Moreno Valley’s Emerging Leaders Council will host the city’s first job exhibition for teenagers and young adults.
The Moreno Valley Youth Conference Job & Education Expo will help young people develop job search skills, including job interview techniques, workplace etiquette, job longevity strategies and how to stand out among job candidates, according to a statement on the city’s website.
Council Member Ulises Cabrera, along with members of the leaders council, will start the event and introduce special guest speakers.
The event, which is free, is scheduled to be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 18 at Moreno Valley City Hall, 14177 Frederick St. Registration is encouraged.
