The Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is scheduled to hold two job fairs in August.
Tribal officials hope to make “hundreds” of hires during the course of both events, scheduled to be held from 10 a.m. to noon Aug. 9 and Aug. 23 in the Morongo Grand Ballroom, according to a statement.
On-the-spot offers are possible in several departments, including cash operations, count room, entertainment, food and beverage, hospitality, housekeeping and promotions.
“We are pleased to continue our search for world-class hospitality professionals amid continued growth during this strong summer season,” said Richard St. Jean, Morongo’s chief operating officer, in the statement. “We welcome individuals with all types of hospitality experience.”
The Morongo tribe pays competitive wages and offers benefits for full-time employees that include medical, dental and vision insurance and a 401(k) plan.
