Eric Hinkelman has been named executive managing director of Voit Real Estate Services.
Hinkelman will work out of the Irvine office and oversee Voit’s activities in the Inland Empire, Los Angeles and Orange County in partnership with Ian Britton, the company’s Inland Empire managing director, according to a company statement.
Before joining Voit, Hinkelman was a senior managing director with Cushman & Wakefield, where he was responsible for the brokerage’s investor services in the western United States.
Hinkelman was also Cushman & Wakefield’s managing director in Orange County and South Bay, and he worked for Trammell Crow before that. Hinkelman has more than 30 years experience in commercial real estate, according to the statement.
