Brian King has been named a land advisor by WD Land in Irvine.
King will advise property owners, investors, developers and financial institutions on land deals, primarily along Interstate 10 and the Foothill Freeway in the Inland Empire, according to a statement.
“Brian is a true land expert with extensive technical skills and local market knowledge,” said Tom Doyle, founding principal with WD Land, in the statement. “We are confident Brian will find continued success while helping clients make informed land investment decisions.”
King has sold an estimated $3.7 billion worth of land in California during his career. Most recently he worked as a land associate with Ashwill Associates, a commercial real estate brokerage in Orange, where he listed, advised and sold residential land in the Inland Empire.
WD Land sells land, often infill parcels, to builders, developers, investors and land owners. It has done extensive work in Riverside and San Bernardino since the company was founded nearly 20 years ago, according to the statement.
