On The Move

A 20-year-member of the Mt. San Jacinto Community College governing board has announced his resignation.

Eugene Kadow, who represented Trustee Area 1 – the San Gorgonio Pass, the San Jacinto Mountains and part of Temecula – leaves one year before his four-year term expires, according to a report in The Press-Enterprise.

Between 1964 and last year, Kadow taught at four local community colleges: Riverside Community College, Mt. San Antonio College in Walton, Crafton Hills College and San Bernardino Valley College.

He was also an administrator at three colleges and was a founding member and chair of the Inland Valley Trustees Association, the report stated.

Kadow’s resignation will be effective Saturday. During a future meeting, board members will decide how to fill his seat.
