NAIOP Names Board Members

NAIOP Inland Empire has named its Board of Leadership for 2016.

Matt Englhard of Proficiency Capital LLC will serve as president during the upcoming year, while Joe Cesta of CBRE Group Inc. will serve as president-elect and Steve Haston of Lee & Associates will be treasurer, according to a statement.

Milo Lipson, a broker with Cushman & Wakefield, will be board secretary.

The 41-member board will execute the chapter’s mission, which is to advance real estate and economic development in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.  During the next 12 months, the board plans to grow its membership, focus on legislative issues that will impact the two-county region and work to unite the local commercial real estate industry.

NAIOP Inland Empire is a regional chapter of the national commercial real estate development association. It’s the leading professional organization for local developers, owners and brokers in the industrial, office, retail and mixed-use sectors.
