Todd R. Smith has been named chief financial officer of Albert A. Webb Associates, a civil engineering and planning services firm in Riverside.
Smith, whose appointment was announced April 15, has more than 27 years accounting and financing experience in the public and private sector, according to a statement.
He will be in charge of finance strategy and will oversee WEBB’s financial operations team.
Most recently, Smith was vice president of finance for Hangar 24 Craft Brewing and Hangar 24 Craft Distribution in Redlands, according to the statement.
