Perris Marketplace, the recently opened retail center that is anchored by a Super Walmart, has announced the signing of eight new leases.
Chipotle, Pacific Dental, Pieology, Popeyes, T-Mobile, Verizon, Waba Grill and Yogurtland will all locate at the shopping center at 1700 N. Perris Blvd. near Interstate 215, according to a statement released this week by Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
Combined, the new retailers will cover 15,635 square feet, the real estate brokerage reported.
Progressive Real Estate Partners represented the center’s developers and owners – Evergreen and Trachman Indevco – in all eight lease negotiations, according to the statement.
Terms of those agreements were not released.
Groundbreaking is scheduled to be held early this summer, with all eight retailers expected to be open for business by late this year or early 2017. Four more retail spaces at Perris Marketplace are in lease negotiations, according to the statement.
