Eric Chen has been named vice president of CBRE Group Inc.’s Ontario office.
Chen, whose appointment was announced Friday, will be part of the office’s private capital group and will focus on multi-family projects in the the Inland Empire and the San Gabriel Valley, according to a statement.
“Eric is well-recognized as an industry leader within the private capital market,” said Joe Cesta, CBRE Group’s managing director of the Inland Empire, in the statement. “Eric is well-positioned to become one of the industry’s top performers.”
Most recently, Chen was an associate director in Marcus & Millichap’s national multi-housing group. Since 2008, he has completed more than 75 transactions worth valued at more than $75 million, according to the statement.
