Mike Weisman, founder and executive officer of The Values Institute in Santa Ana, will give the keynote address at the third annual Inland Empire Top Workplaces awards ceremony.
The event, sponsored by The Press-Enterprise, is scheduled to be held Dec. 1 at the Riverside Convention Center, according to topworkplaces.pe.com.
Based on anonymous information provided by 22 Inland Empire companies, local businesses are ranked based on several criteria, including compensation, benefits, job satisfaction and social responsibility.
The awards are presented to large, mid-size and small businesses.
Weisman founded The Values Institute a little more than 10 years ago. The institute studies the way values influences relationships, both personal and professional, according to the organization’s website.
