Three brokers from Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga have been recognized for being among the top retail brokers in the Inland Empire.
Paul Galmarini, Janine Peltier and Pablo Velasco recently received individual awards from CoStar Group, the real estate information and analytics company based in Washington, D.C., according to a statement.
The awards were based on the total leasing transaction volume each broker compiled last year.
“These industry leaders deserve to be recognized for their expertise, hard work, and superior deal-making abilities,” Andrew C. Florance, founder and chief executive officer of CoStar Group, in a statement. “We extend our congratulations to this year’s winners on their exceptional sales and leasing success.”
Progress Real Estate Partners, which sells and leases and retail properties in Southern California, was also named one of the top leasing firms in the Inland Empire by CoStar, according to the statement.
