Kristina M. Leslie has been named to CVB Financial Corp’s board of directors.
Leslie, who was chief financial officer at DreamWorks Studios from 2003 until her retirement in 2007, was also named a director of Citizens Business Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CVB Financial, according to a statement.
Leslie began her career with Paramount Communications in New York, where she worked in a several financial management positions, including investor relations and strategic planning.
After Viacom bought out Paramount, Leslie served as Viacom’s director of financial planning, while also being responsible for Paramount Pictures’ financial and strategic planning, according to the statement.
She began working for DreamWorks in 1996 when the company was starting.
“With her versatile experience in board leadership, strategic planning and financial management, Kris makes for an excellent addition to the CVB Financial Corp. board of directors,” said Raymond V. O’Brien III, chairman of CVB Financial Corp., in the statement. “We look forward to the leadership, vision and guidance that Kris will provide for the future of our company.
