Rich Mirman, publisher of The Press-Enterprise, has taken over the executive duties of two top executives with Freedom Communications who resigned recently.
Mirman, a former casino marketing executive, took over as publisher last December. He will remain publisher of the Press-Enterprise and the Orange County Register, both of which are owned by Freedom Communications, according to multiple published reports.
