United Airlines will begin daily nonstop flights this May between Ontario International Airport and O’Hare International Airport in Chicago.
Service from Ontario is scheduled to begin May 22, while the flights from Chicago will start the next day, according to a statement on Ontario International’s website.
Flights from Ontario will leave at 7 a.m. Pacific Time. Flights from Chicago will leave at 7:55 p.m. Central Time.
“We are thrilled that United has chosen to add service from Ontario to its home base in Chicago, which will become our airport’s 27th nonstop destination,” said Alan D. Wapner, president of the Ontario International Airport Authority’s board of airport commissioners, in the statement. “United’s O’Hare service will enable Ontario passengers to travel nearly anywhere across the globe via one of the world’s busiest airports.”
Service will begin with a Boeing 737-800 with 166 seats spread throughout three classes: first, economy plus and economy, according to the statement
