Ontario’s annual Christmas on Euclid Experience, a city tradition that has attracted thousand of patrons every year since 1922, is just around the corner.
This year’s event will begin with the tree lighting ceremony, scheduled to be held at 6 p.m. Dec. 2 at Ontario Town Square, according to a statement released this week by the Greater Ontario Convention & Visitors Bureau.
Food vendors and local dance groups will perform, and Santa Claus is expected to arrive during the evening.
On Dec. 3, the annual craft fair and festivities will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the town square and along Euclid Avenue, which will again be decked out with festive lights and decorations that will remain in place during the holiday season.
Twelve nativity scenes will again be placed along the Euclid Avenue median, a tradition that began in 1958.
The holiday festival is sponsored by the Convention & Visitors Bureau. For more information visit ChristmasOnEuclid.com.
