Ontario industrial building sold

A 103,000-square-foot industrial building in Ontario has been sold for $8.8 million.

The structure is located on 4.7-acres at 5505 E. Concours St. and is near Interstates 10, 15 and the 60 Freeway, according to a statement.

The building has 3,100 square feet of office space and 62 parking spaces.

Daum Commercial Real Estate represented the property owner in the transaction, which works out to $1.79 per square foot, while JLL represented the tenant.

Information about both parties was not disclosed.
