Two retail buildings at a Walgreens-anchored neighborhood shopping center in Ontario have been sold in separate transactions.
Both transactions were brokered in part by Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors, a national retail investment advisory firm, according to a statement.
The first, a 13,381-square-foot building fully occupied by O’Reilly Auto Parts and a corporate office, sold to a private investor whose name was not released. O’Reilly, which occupies about 7,200 square feet of that building at 2645 E. Riverside Drive, recently signed a long-term lease on the site, according to the statement.
Purchase price was $3.2 million.
The second transaction involved an 8,210-square-foot building at 2665 E. Riverside Drive which us fully occupied by seven tenants: Subway, Wonderful Massage, Empire Barbers, IE Vapes, First Rate Staffing, Les Tax and a management company.
The buyer was a private investor from Temple City. Price of the transaction was $2.4 million.
The shopping center is at South Archibald Avenue and East Riverside Drive with 36,000 cars passing by the site on a typical day, according to the statement.
