A 330-unit multifamily luxury apartment complex in Palm Desert has been completed.
Millennium Apartments is at 74699 Technology Drive, next to Interstate 10 and near Gerald Ford Drive, according to a statement.
It’s owned by Metonic Real Estate Solutions, an Omaha, Neb.-based company that specializes in real estate acquisitions, developments, and asset management with an emphasis on multifamily properties, according to the company’s website.
The complex, which is open to the public, includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with smart-home technology and private patios. Common areas include a clubhouse, saltwater swimming pool, fitness center with a private yoga studio and outdoor exercise, pet park, three conference rooms, and charging stations for electric vehicles.
Millennium Apartments is managed by Western National Property Management, a subsidiary of Western National Group a full-service commercial real estate firm with offices in Irvine and Santa Clara, according to the statement.
