Palm Springs Business Chooses Redlands Lending Firm

When Kathy Graham was looking to purchase a building for her expanding Budget Blinds franchise in Palm Springs, she knew that she would need a commercial loan. The building she was already occupying was perfect, but a new showroom was desperately needed. For years, Graham had dreamed of creating full window treatment displays that would help customers visualize what was possible for their own homes. And after two decades, she was able to make those dreams into a reality.

Graham approached Enterprise Funding, who has over 30 years of experience providing SBA loans to small business in the Inland Empire, and began the process of obtaining an SBA 504 loan. “A lot of documentation was required for this loan,” she said. “Overall, Enterprise Funding made that simple because of their help and assistance.”

After a fast application and approval process, Graham was able to purchase the building that she had been leasing, eliminating any need to move her operation. Because SBA 504 loans are designed to provide business owners with funding for fixed assets such as buildings, equipment and additions to their existing structures, she used the influx to purchase her building and construct a new showroom that featured the first total window treatment display in Palm Springs.

Graham remains thankful she chose Enterprise Funding to facilitate her SBA 504 loan. “Anytime they needed information, they were able to explain it to me and walk me through the whole process,” she said. For business owners interested in applying for an SBA 504 loan, Enterprise Funding in Redlands can be reached at (909) 792-3803.
