Five retailers have agreed to locate at Corona Hills Plaza.
Party City, Hobby Town, Yoshiharu Ramen, R&B Tea and AT&T have all signed leases with the plaza, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga, which negotiated all five transactions.
Combined, the five retailers will cover 21,765 square feet, with Party City taking the largest space, at 10,600 square feet.
Hobby Town will occupy 6,440 square Yoshiharu Ramen 1,925 square feet while R&B Tea and AT&T will take up 1,400 square feet each.
All five leases bring the plaza to 97 percent occupancy. Financial terms were not disclosed.
“We are very excited to welcome these five new brand recognized tenants to Corona Hills Plaza,” said Ben Terry, real estate director for New York-based Kimco Realty, the plaza’s owner and operator. They will be a great addition to the [plaza].”
Corona Hills Plaza is at the 91 Freeway and McKinley Street with outstanding visibility to about 230,000 cars per day. More than 474,000 people with an average household income of approximately $100,000 live within a 15-minute drive of the plaza, according to Progressive.
