A 260,000-square-foot warehouse-distribution center in Perris has been completed.
The Patterson Distribution Center is located on 14 acres at Patterson Avenue and Nance Street near Interstate 215, according to Rockefeller Group, the project’s developer.
Lee & Associates will market the property, which includes 145 parking spaces, 59 truck- trailer stalls and a concrete truck court.
“After a slow start to 2024, the Inland Empire, and in particular the Inland Empire east, is starting to see an uptick in tenant demand for new industrial buildings,” said Brett W. Anderson, vice president for Rockefeller Group’s west region, in a statement. “E-commerce continues to account for a larger portion of core retail sales. We remain bullish on the Inland Empire.”
