Perris retail building sells

A 7,000-square-foot retail building in Perris has sold for $2.3 million.

The property, at 2560 N. Perris Blvd., was sold to a local investor who plans to renovate the property and open a Mexican food restaurant and catering business there, according to Progressive Real Partners in Rancho

Progressive represented the seller, a private investor in Los Angeles whose name was not released.

The 25-year-old building is in the Perris Spectrum Center, a 292,000 square-foot facility anchored by Cardenas, Dollar Tree, and a recently-opened Fitness 19.

Other tenants include Wells Fargo, Sprint, Taco Bell. Jack in the Box. Little Caesars and KFC plan to open at the shopping center soon.

Perris Spectrum Center is at North Perris Boulevard and Orange Avenue near Interstate 215. An estimated 28,500 vehicles pass through that intersection on a typical day, according to the statement.
