Perris warehouse sells for nearly $60 million

A 333,600-square-foot warehouse-distribution building in Perris has been sold.

Harvill Logistics Center in Perris sold recently for $57.5 million, according to The Rockefeller Group, a New York-based real estate company that develops, owns, and manages high-end properties.

Rockefeller Group sold the building at 21500 Harvill Ave. to a joint venture partnership between CH Realty Partners LLC and Blumenfeld Development Group.

“The Inland Empire market continues to show strong demand heading into the third quarter of 2021 as evidenced by our sale of Harvill Logistics,” said James V. Camp, senior managing director, west region, for Rockefeller Group.  “We received multiple offers on the property and are pleased that the joint venture has closed escrow on the purchase of the building.”

Lee & Associates represented Rockefeller Group in the negotiations. Colliers represented the buyer.

The building is fully leased to Packable, an e-commerce firm that recently went public, according to a published report.
