Popular donut chain to locate in MoVal
Dunkin’, the coffee and donut chain, has leased space in Moreno Valley.
The company will occupy a 2,062 square-foot drive-thru in Iris Plaza at 16170 Perris Blvd., according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga, which helped negotiate the lease.
The franchisee, whose name was not released, operates more than 25 Dunkin’ restaurants.
Iris Plaza covers is a 90,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center. It’s at Perris Boulevard and Iris Avenue, an intersection that accommodates more than 43,000 vehicles on a typical day, and is less than two miles from Moreno Valley College and March Air Reserve Base.
Tenants include Fitness 19, Walgreens, AutoZone, IHOP, KFC, Carl’s Jr. and Del Taco.
Lease terms, and an opening date, were not released.
Dunkin’s menu includes iced coffees, donuts, bagels, muffins and breakfast sandwiches. Based in Canton. Mass., Dunkin’ – formerly known as Dunkin’ Donuts – operates more than 12,600 restaurants in 40 countries, according to the company’s website.
