Rancho Cucamonga has approved the development of a two-story building that will be used by the Kiddie Academy of Rancho Cucamonga.
The 10,763-square-foot building will be in the shopping center at Baseline Road and Victoria Park Lane, according to a statement.
Planning commissioners unanimously approved the project, which will be developed by the Moore Real Estate Group in Upland.
“The quaint neighborhood and tall trees along Victoria Park Lane create a perfect setting for this charming preschool.” said Jennifer Moore, the developer’s chief executive officer, in the statement. “This preschool will serve the growing demand from young families in the Rancho Cucamonga area who are looking for an inspiring educational environment for their children.”
The school, which is expected to open in the fall of 2019, will have eight classrooms and accommodate children six months to five years.
