Progressive Real Estate Partners, one of the Inland Empire’s leading commercial real estate brokerages, is listing approximately 55 acres of prime commercial property in Hesperia.
The first parcel, which covers 45 acres, is next to Interstate 15 and the Ranchero Road off-ramp/overpass, according to a statement posted on Progressive Real Estate’s website.
Starbucks, Union 76/Circle K and Chevron are under construction there, and a 16,000-unit master planned community is also planned for that area.
“The balance of the parcels are ideally situated to accommodate a large shopping center, entertainment venue or medical facilities,” the statement reads.
The remaining 10 acres are at Ranchero Road and Tamarisk Avenue and is potentially an excellent retail site
“Both listings represent an excellent opportunity for a retail developer to acquire prime real estate in an underserved trade area,” said Brad Umansky, president of Progressive Real Estate, in the statement.
The properties were to have been developed by Upland developer Michael Gallagher, who died in August. Progressive Real Estate is marketing the properties on behalf of the Gallagher family, according to the statement.
