Progressive arranges three cookie store leases

Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga has negotiated three leases for the franchisee of a popular cookie store chain.

All three Crumbl Cookies sites are on the east end of the San Gabriel Valley: Diamond Bar (1,685 square feet at 2438 Golden Springs Drive), Glendora (1,200 sf at 1385 E. Gladstone St.), and La Verne (2,600 sf at the La Verne Towne Center in the 2400 block of Foothill Boulevard), according to a statement on Progressive’s website.

The Diamond Bar and Glendora stores opened recently, while the La Verne location is expected to open this year. Lease terms, and the name of the franchisee, were not released.

Cousins Jason McGowan (chief executive officer ) and Sawyer Hemsley (chief operating officer) started Crumbl Cookies in 2017 in Logan, Utah. Since then Crumbl has expanded to more than 600 bakeries in 47 states, making it the fastest-growing cookie company in the United States, according to the Crumbl website.
