The building, at 20152 U.S. Highway 18, sold for $1.3 million in an all-cash transaction, the Rancho Cucamonga-based commercial real estate brokerage announced today.

Recently renovated, part of the building is occupied by Little Caesar’s Pizza. The buyer, a Riverside County private investor whose name was not released, plans to open a mobile wireless store in the building’s other vacant space.

Nearby retailers include Wal-Mart, Albertsons, CVS Pharmacy, 99-Cents Only, America’s Tire and AutoZone.

The seller was an Orange County investor who also wished to remain anonymous.

The building is at Highway 18 and Rancherias Road, the town’s prime retail and commercial corridor. The intersection has a combined traffic count of more 36,000 vehicles per day, according to the statement.
